Fozzie's Original Mini Pancakes is a family-owned café in the heart of Mooloolaba, serving fresh, made-to-order mini pancakes. Our signature pancake mix is made on-site, creating the texture we're known for—golden and lightly crisp on the outside, with a soft centre. These little pillows of goodness can be topped with your favourite flavours, from fresh seasonal fruit to Fozzie's famous fresh cream. We also offer gluten-free pancakes, so everyone can enjoy a sweet treat.
