Description
The ParknGo Mooloolaba Central car park uses a paid, ticketless managed parking system based on automated number plate recognition, allowing users to enter and exit the car park without the need of a ticket.
With 700 parking spaces, 54 motorcycle spaces and 50 bicycle spaces, the car park will make it easier for people driving to Mooloolaba to park close to the beach, foreshore, shops, cafes and restaurants.
The parking rates at PARKnGO Mooloolaba Central are 4 hours FREE parking, 7 days a week, including public holidays. The pay stations are located on level 1 (ground floor) near the lifts.
The four hours free parking is an initiative of the Mooloolaba Business Activation Plan – developed as a collaboration between the Mooloolaba businesses community and Sunshine Coast Council to drive activation and business support throughout the Mooloolaba Foreshore Revitalisation Project.
The promotion will conclude when the Stage Two Central Meeting Place and Southern Seawall are completed.
From 28 January 2025, vehicles entering and exiting the car park will be subject to the following parking rates.
The car park is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Maximum daily charge resets at 6am.
0 - 4 Hours - FREE
4 to 5 hrs - $5.00
5 to 6hrs - $10.00
6 to 7hrs - $15.00
7+ hrs (max daily charge) - $20.00
Monthly rate - $380.00
A validation ticket can be collected from The Surf Club Mooloolaba reception.
