Established in 2007 by James Brownsworth, Innovative Planning Solutions (IPS) provides Australia-wide services in town planning and related professional services. We work closely with our clients and local authorities to deliver effective and commercially workable town planning outcomes.
The IPS team has the experience to provide personalised consultancy services for a variety of large, complex development projects as well as for smaller projects and to clients less experienced in land development and town planning processes.
We have a diverse client base, from high profile commercial developers to not-for-profit organisations, visionary land owners and individual investors.
Through our network of like-minded development professionals, we can provide a comprehensive range of development advice for any project. Responding to each project brief, we have the expertise to implement the development assessment process from pre-lodgement to decision and beyond.
